1. Who we are, who you must be

LinkHuaren (the LinkHuaren iPhone app and the website linkhuaren.com, together "the App," "we") is a content, community, and classifieds platform for the overseas Chinese community, operated by Supret LLC. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By tapping Continue on the welcome screen or using the App, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you enter a birthday indicating you are under 13, your account is closed and its data deleted.

2. Your account

One account per person, backed by Sign in with Apple and a verified phone number. You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your credentials to yourself.

Verification tags are optional. You may apply for 实名认证 (identity), 金牌经纪人 (licensed agent) or 认证商家 (business). LinkHuaren staff review each application by hand and may approve or refuse it. A tag says only that we checked the papers you sent; it is not an endorsement. We may remove a tag that turns out to rest on false or expired papers, and an application with forged papers is a violation of these Terms.

3. Your content

You own what you post. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the App and its operation (including thumbnails, previews, and machine translation between Chinese and English). This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for content already shared by others and backup copies kept briefly in the ordinary course.

4. Community rules

Do not post: illegal content or offers; harassment or hate; sexually explicit content; scams, pyramid schemes, or deceptive listings; discriminatory job or housing listings (e.g., excluding protected classes); other people's personal information; content infringing others' rights; spam. Job listings must be lawful offers of employment — listings that suggest trafficking, debt-bonded work, or undocumented-labor brokering are removed and may be reported to authorities. We screen content automatically (a keyword screen, and AI review of every uploaded photo and of post, listing, comment and bio text), and may remove content, restrict reach, or restrict accounts. You can appeal moderation decisions in the App (72-hour target).

5. The marketplace is a bulletin board

Listings (jobs, housing, items, services, business transfers, and the rest) are posted by users. We are not a party to any transaction, we do not process payments, and we do not verify listings beyond the moderation described above. Meet safely, verify counterparties, and use judgment. Phone numbers shared through the App are for user-to-user contact about listings and community matters — bulk collection or marketing use is prohibited.

5.1 Employment listings

If you post a job, you are the employer or their agent, and you alone are responsible for complying with every applicable U.S. federal, state and local law — labor and wage law, immigration law, and anti-discrimination law included. LinkHuaren does not verify employment authorization, does not verify any employer, and is not an employment agency. Applying through the App creates no relationship between you and us.

If you answer a job, the same holds in reverse: we have not checked the employer, the pay, or the role. Meet safely and verify who you are dealing with.

5.2 Credits (点数)

Credits are the App's own unit for optional extras: pinning or refreshing a listing, an extra listing beyond the free one a day, and a verified business's 超市折扣 (store flyer) run. Some are given (for example at sign-up, or by LinkHuaren staff); you may also buy packs inside the App through Apple's In-App Purchase. Apple takes the payment, and Apple's terms govern it.

• Credits have no cash value, cannot be sold, transferred to another account, or exchanged for money, and are used only inside the App. Purchased credits do not expire.
• A spend is final once the extra starts (a pin or refresh that has begun is not refunded in credits). Prices in credits are shown before you confirm.
• Refunds are handled by Apple. If Apple refunds a purchase, the credits from that pack are taken back. If you already spent them, your balance can go below zero; while it is negative you cannot spend credits, and credits you receive later first bring it back to zero.
• Credits given by staff can be taken back with a reason you can read. Credits are forfeited if the account is banned or deleted.
• Store flyers (超市折扣). A flyer's price in credits depends on how many days it runs and is shown before you submit. It is charged when you submit it for review. If LinkHuaren refuses it, or you withdraw it while it is still waiting for review, the full charge comes back to your balance. Once a flyer has been approved, the charge is not refunded, including when you or LinkHuaren take it down early.
• We may change what an extra costs in credits; a change never applies to a spend already made.
• A web store may later sell the same packs outside the App. Inside the App, credits are sold only through In-App Purchase.

6. Copyright (DMCA)

We respect copyright and expect the same of users. Notices of claimed infringement go to our designated agent at support@linkhuaren.com. We remove infringing content and terminate repeat infringers per 17 U.S.C. §512.

7. Termination

You can delete your account anytime in Settings (30-day grace period, then permanent deletion). We may act on accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable: a warning; a suspension of 1, 3, 7 or 30 days, during which the account can read but cannot post, comment, message or spend; or a ban. Each comes with a reason you can read in the App, and you can appeal it there; a granted appeal lifts the sanction.

8. Disclaimers and limits

The App is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or amounts exceeding USD 100. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

9. Changes, law, contact

We'll notify you in-app of material changes and ask you to re-accept (the version you accepted is recorded on your account). These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Contact: support@linkhuaren.com.
