Delete your account

In the app

1. Open LinkHuaren
2. Me › Settings (我的 › 设置)
3. Tap Delete account (删除账号) at the bottom and confirm

There is a 30-day grace period: sign back in to restore your account. After 30 days your account and data are permanently deleted or de-identified.

Can't sign in to the app?

Email us from the email of your Apple ID or tell us the phone number on the account, with the subject "Delete account" and your handle. We confirm the request comes from the account's owner, delete it, and reply when it is done.

What is kept

A small set of records the law requires (such as safety records and purchase records) is kept as long as required; verification papers are deleted with the account. Details in the Privacy Policy.
